Grounding is a blend of Frankincense, Patchouli, Lavender, Cedarwood and Vanilla Essential/Absolute Oils.  

Ingredients: Aqua, Ethanol (Grain Alcohol), Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) Oil, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Lavandula officinalis (Lavender) Oil,  Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Vanilla planifolia Oil.

To use: gently shake the bottle, and spray allowing the mist to disperse into the air or on your linens.
