However, due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our personal care items.  This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and freshness for all our customers.

We understand that in rare cases, mistakes can happen such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.  In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
