Pick-Up & Local Delivery

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available in Barrie. Select Pick Up at checkout and wait for your confirmation email letting you know your order is ready.

Pick-up details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Local Delivery

Local porch drop-off is available within the Barrie area on orders over $40. If this option is available for your address, you’ll see it at checkout.

Shipping

We ship orders using a variety of carriers based on cost, destination, and estimated delivery time.

Live shipping rates from Canada Post and UPS may be shown at checkout, although your order may be shipped with a different courier if a better or more suitable option is available. If you require a specific courier, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received, and we aim to have most orders on their way within 1–3 business days.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help if you experience an issue with your shipment.
