Myrrh Essential Oil

Myrrh has been well known for its medicinal properties for many years, and was used in many ancient civilizations.  The Egyptians used it for embalming and fumigation, while the Chinese coveted it as medicine.  It was mentioned in ancient Egyptian medical texts dating back to 1550 BC.  Is still used by many cultures in spiritual practices, and is still very popular in the perfumery industry and and for incense today.   

Myrrh is a thick resin, it may require you to place the bottle in a hot water bath to make it more fluid before use.
